Orders & Shipping

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Yes, as long as you’re able to reach out to us before your order is out the door.
Please contact us at support@baronofdice.com for more information. Please note, depending on the nature of the request, we may need to cancel the original
order.

Why was I charged tax?

We are not in control of taxes that are charged – they are added in automatically and are subject to your local tax laws. This includes international orders.

Why is my payment not going through?

Please double check your proper billing zip code as well as the information on your payment method. If you continue to have issues submitting an order, please

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Most of our products can be returned within 30 days for domestic (U.S.) orders, with an extended return window of 60 days after the date the order was placed
applicable only to international orders.

*Please note: Custom dice are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Additionally, any items purchased on clearance or in a blind box/mystery package are not eligible for returns.

How do I make a return/exchange?

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund once we have received the returned product back at our warehouse. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to
credit back to your original form of payment depending on your financial institution.

General Inquiries

Are your dice balanced?

Yes. We produce hand-swirled resin dice, our dice are free from the
imperfections or microbubbles found within traditional acrylic dice. All dice carry some level of imperfection within them, but ours are as close to perfectly balanced as you can get without purchasing casino dice.

What makes your dice different?

We’re glad you asked. We use premium resin materials throughout our manufacturing process. Each color is hand-swirled inside a silicone mold, laser engraved with a wicked symbol, inlaid with complementary colors, and then
finished in either a matte or high-gloss finish. You can literally feel and hear the difference between our dice and the competition.

Will these dice make me roll better?

I wish! Our dice are balanced, so if you’re using imbalanced dice, you’ll certainly roll closer to average over the course of many games. In the long run, only luck or cheating can guarantee better results with your dice. And I’m no cheater!
