Orders & Shipping

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Yes, as long as you’re able to reach out to us before your order is out the door.
Please contact us at support@baronofdice.com for more information. Please
note, depending on the nature of the request, we may need to cancel the original
order.

Why was I charged tax?

We are not in control of taxes that are charged – they are added in automatically
and are subject to your local tax laws. This includes international orders.

Why is my payment not going through?

Please double check your proper billing zip code as well as the information on
your payment method. If you continue to have issues submitting an order, please
reach out to us at support@baronofdice.com

Will I be charged immediately when I place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Currently our orders are processed within two (2) business days of order placement. Orders placed before 2PM EST may ship out the same day depending on volume. In the holiday season, this two (2) business day period may be extended. Once the order leaves our warehouse, it is up to the shipping gods to determine when it arrives to you! Please note, USPS is currently experiencing some transit delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you’ll receive a separate email from us with confirmation of the shipment and any relevant details. Additionally, you’ll receive an email when your order reaches its destination. If you are an international order, please
provide this tracking number to your local post office so they can alert you when the package arrives.

Do you ship internationally?

My order never arrived, what should I do?

My order is a gift. Do you include pricing information within the package?

Thanks for gifting our dice, hopefully they make the gamer in your life happy (and add some awesome flair to their rolls). Our packages do not ship with pricing
information in the box, so you are safe with us!

How can I receive free shipping on my order?

All orders over $150* are eligible for free shipping. Sadly, this does not include orders going to Australia, New Zealand, and select parts of Africa and Asia.
Unfortunately, due to the drastically increased shipping rates in these regions, we are not able to offer free shipping, but we can offer a flat $20.95 shipping on orders over $150.00 to these areas.

* $150 must include qualifying items. Excluded items: digital products, custom or made-to-order products, and 3rd party products shipped from another facility!

Do red packages really ship faster?

Unfortunately, all our packages ship at the same speed, regardless of color. But don’t tell the orcs!

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Most of our products can be returned within 30 days for domestic (U.S.) orders, with an extended return window of 60 days after the date the order was placed
applicable only to international orders.

*Please note: Custom dice are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Additionally, any items purchased on clearance or in a blind box/mystery package are not eligible for returns.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Please begin the return process by filling out the form located here.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund once we have received the returned product back at our warehouse. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to
credit back to your original form of payment depending on your financial institution.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Fortunately, our dice are rather resistant and most are packaged in metal tins that should protect them. If this is not the case, and you’ve received damaged products, please send a photo of the damage to
support@baronofdice.com to receive instructions on the next move.

My item was damaged outside of the 30-day return window. What should I do?

Send us a photo anyway at suppoty@baronofdice.com . If this damage is from a manufacturing defect or anything beyond regular wear and tear, we can review
the case and work with you on a solution.

What condition do my products need to be in to be eligible for a return?

Products must be returned in the quantity they were ordered, and with the included tins/packaging. All products should be unopened and in original packaging.

General Inquiries

Are your dice balanced?

Yes. We produce hand-swirled resin dice, our dice are free from the
imperfections or microbubbles found within traditional acrylic dice. All dice carry some level of imperfection within them, but ours are as close to perfectly balanced as you can get without purchasing casino dice.

What makes your dice different?

We’re glad you asked. We use premium resin materials throughout our manufacturing process. Each color is hand-swirled inside a silicone mold, laser engraved with a wicked symbol, inlaid with complementary colors, and then
finished in either a matte or high-gloss finish. You can literally feel and hear the difference between our dice and the competition.

Will these dice make me roll better?

I wish! Our dice are balanced, so if you’re using imbalanced dice, you’ll certainly roll closer to average over the course of many games. In the long run, only luck or cheating can guarantee better results with your dice. And I’m no cheater!
